Description
Azzure Aoud puts tropical fruit against dark wood. It opens on passionfruit and fruity notes with rose and saffron, then moves into a heart of oud supported by benzoin and patchouli. The base is layered with leather, guaiac wood, amber, cedarwood, vanilla, sandalwood and labdanum, which gives it a leathery, resinous drydown.
Launched in 2024, it sits in French Avenue’s Sweet Pleasure collection alongside Liquid Brun. The saffron is the bridge in this composition: it links the bright fruit at the top to the oud and leather underneath.
